What we process
On the public site you may contact us via the contact form (FormSubmit). We process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond. FormSubmit acts as a technical relay for delivery.
Content management uses Supabase (database and authentication). Credentials of logged-in editors are processed for site maintenance.
Legal basis and purpose
Legitimate interest and/or steps prior to a contract: customer and partner enquiries, and operating the website.
Retention and processors
Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the matter.
Technical providers (e.g. UpCloud hosting, Supabase) may process data to deliver the service, in the EU/EEA or as stated in their terms.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or object to processing under applicable data protection law. Contact info@warda.fi.
Cookies
The public site does not use analytics tracking cookies. The admin area may use technical session cookies or local storage to keep you signed in.
